We offer two services. A monthly chat plan gives you a set number of questions each month, answered by an astrologer assigned to you. A one-to-one consultation is a scheduled video call of a fixed length, booked from an astrologer's open times.

Astrology is guidance, not certainty. Our astrologers give considered readings and remedies, but nothing said in a consultation is a guarantee of any outcome, and none of it is medical, legal, financial or psychiatric advice. Please consult a qualified professional for those.

You need an account to buy a plan or book a consultation. Keep your password to yourself — anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us.

A reading depends entirely on the birth date, time and place you give us. If those are wrong or approximate, the reading will reflect that. Please enter them as accurately as you can, and tell your astrologer if a time is uncertain.

On a chat plan, every question you send counts as one, whatever its length. A follow-up is a new question. Questions are valid only within the month you buy them and do not carry forward. If you run out, you can add a top-up pack, which is used within your current plan period.

We aim to answer within 2 to 3 working hours. That is our intention rather than a guarantee.

Consultations are booked into an astrologer's published availability and confirmed once payment succeeds. Joining details are sent to you and are available in your account. Please join on time; an astrologer is not expected to wait beyond the booked slot.

If an astrologer becomes unavailable, we will offer you another time or another astrologer.

Prices are shown on the site and are exclusive of GST, which is added at checkout. Payments are handled by our payment gateway; we do not store your card or bank details. Prices may change, but a change never affects something you have already paid for.

A monthly plan is billed once for the cycle you choose to pay for — nothing renews automatically. When your paid period ends, start a fresh cycle any time from your account; if you don't, the plan simply pauses until you do.

Our astrologers give their time and care, and we ask for the same in return. Abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour towards an astrologer or our team ends the conversation, and may end the account.

Readings are for you personally. Please do not record, republish or resell them without our written permission.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, misuses the service, or is used fraudulently.

We take care to deliver the service well, but we do not accept liability for decisions you take based on a reading. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

We may update these terms as the service develops. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use Saarthi means the current version applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
