Privacy Policy

Your account — name, email, and phone number where you give one.

Birth details — date, time and place of birth, and gender, for you and for anyone you add to a family plan. A chart cannot be cast without them.

Your conversations — the questions you ask and the answers your astrologer gives.

Purchases — what you bought, when, and the amount. Card and bank details are handled by our payment gateway and never reach us.

To cast your chart, to let your astrologer answer you properly, to run your plan and bookings, and to send service messages such as booking confirmations and reminders. We use it to provide the service you paid for — not to build a profile of you for anything else.

The astrologer assigned to you can see the birth details and conversations belonging to your account, because they cannot advise you otherwise. Our team can access records where needed to run the service and help with support.

Other customers never see your details. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

We use a small number of providers to operate: hosting and database infrastructure, a payment gateway to take payments, an email provider to send service messages, a video calling service for consultations, and an astrological calculation service that receives birth details in order to compute a chart. Each receives only what it needs.

We keep your account, charts and conversation history for as long as your account exists, so your astrologer has continuity and you can look back at past answers. Records of payments are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Write to saarthi@achosenson.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. Some records must be retained after closure where the law requires it.

Birth details cannot be edited by you once a reading has begun, so that a chart cannot shift underneath an astrologer mid-conversation. Ask us and we will correct a genuine mistake.

Access is restricted so that an account's data is reachable only by that customer, their assigned astrologer, and our team. Connections are encrypted in transit. No system is perfect, but we take this seriously and design for it.

Saarthi is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly create accounts for them.

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it. Material changes will be communicated to account holders.
